Real property designations awarded by the Appraisal Institute, Chicago, IL, include the MAI, AI-GRS, SRA, and AI-RRS.

The Appraisal Institute (AI) has a membership of more than 18,000 individuals worldwide.

Mr. Noble received the MAI and SRA designation in 1986.

The first new Appraisal Institute designation in 20 years, the AI-GRS, Appraisal Institute - General Review Specialist, was awarded to Mr. Noble within the first 50 designations in April 2014. In 2015, Mr. Noble also received the AI-RRS, Appraisal Institute - Residential Review Specialist.

Mr. Noble has held all local chapter officer positions, as well as served on national committees. In 2015, Mr. Noble was elected Third Chair of Region V (OH, IN, KY, WV, VA, NC) to the Appraisal Institute's national Board of Directors. His five-year term leading to Chair of Region V's 2,000 plus members began in 2016.

Mr. Noble served on the Appraisal Institute Board of Directors from 2017 through 2020.

Mr. Noble is among a small group of professionals who holds designations from three professional valuation organizations, the AI, ASA, and CRE.

Mr. Noble has completed assignments across America and Canada.
