Mr. Noble received an MBA from the Babcock Graduate School of Management, Wake Forest University, Winston-Salem, NC.
His undergraduate degree is a BS in Agriculture Economics from North Carolina State University, Raleigh, NC.
Steve Noble has more than 40 years of experience in real property valuation and consulting. During his career, he has been an assessor, a loan officer, a construction project manager, a regional appraisal office manager, a bank chief appraiser, and a real estate appraisal education instructor.
